I have decided to blog but am not sure where to start blog. There are so many sites that are offering space that its just impossible to compare them. So I thought I should ask those who are already blogging.
So people where are you blogging and why you choosed that place?
why don't ISPs offer blogs?
is there a blog software that allows for entries in multiple languages so that the visitor's browser language settings determine the language of the interface AND blog entries displayed?
I would like to blog in french, german and english.
