What Framework/CMS is LinuxQuestions.org built with?

I know this is a very basic and childish question but even Googling cannot help me find an answer to this question. It appears to be some PHP based app by the looks of it but what is the programming stack used in LQ?

A look at any LQ page's source tells me: vBulletin.

Thanks, after having a look at some options, I prefer the look and interface of phpBB which seems to have better fonts and CSS design. Besides, its also open source (FOSS) unlike vbulletin which is proprietary, and considering our forum is about Linux, doesn't it make sense to use a FOSS forum software?

I am a member of another forum that uses phpBB. Frankly, I prefer LQ's interface.

Just my two cents.
