It may not be as cool without so many but you basically silk screen print each color, if you were willing to sacrifice a few? I (currently looking) work at a warehouse selling (mostly ) costumes (all year ,) you'd be amazed at what they can print on fabric these days so outsourcing could do. Also, agree with others the text is not fun to find.
Ps: sorry for the (annoyances with my silly job as a temp until June but promises of vacation time,,, who cares if the only overtime i$ 3 months of the year! )

The Brady Corporation was my last job, pioneers in printing (not much else;) they sponsor a booth at Discovery World here and and show kids silk screen printing... a search on health goes too wide eg "t shirt paint health hazards" = About 104,000,000 results (0.40 seconds)

Thanks-
I'll look into the health hazards and cost's later; it's late.
Turning that shirt into a design could present legal problems without a sublicense through The Linux Foundation. https://www.linuxmark.org/
Their is a more modern version of Tux dressed in many different costumes that was designed by an Artist but I don't know if it's the same Artist as mentioned above.
Anyway I was happy to make that design. I'll make another one that I won't have to pay for licenses or purchase a copyright or patent.
Some of the inks and emulsions (Unpolymerized vinyl chloride) are toxic and can cause cancer. Without proper installation for industrial venting I wouldn't attempt to produce t-shirts.
I like my Art Studio just the way it is.
