GRAUZONE - ICH LIEB' SIE

sad, blue-eyed, intelligent, touching, complex and simplistic... I've always loved Grauzone's oevre (it's not much).

or maybe this one:
GRAUZONE - Schlachtet
lyrics by Erich Fried.

As the beings on the sky some religions believe in know, music plays a mind-trick. I'm not sure if their music is right this time, but I like this song (especially the part about Rockefeller and walking on the sunny side of the street).

Ella Fitzgerald - On the sunny side of the street

And a groovy beat, because that's how I'm feeling right now.

Ramsey Lewis Trio - The "in" Crowd

Apples have always been a symbol of trap in the Christian imagery. Anyway, I'm pretty sure there's an apple around that has the keys to my inner thoughts and more. (By the way, my neck has been hurting a lot lately too)... Those little naughty ghosts that hide in my hard drive.

Aerosmith - Adam's Apple

I think I love everything about this - music, performance, people.

Prince has been on my mind recently; he hasn't died I hope?

Not qualified to choose something real groovy from the master himself, I have to revert to these puny versions:

oh yes, and almost 3 years ago!
sorry for that brainfart, i should've remembered.
so he's been on my mind for some other reason.
used to have a girlfriend long, long ago who adored him, in a good way. i appreciate him, but never became the specialist myself.

anyhow, here's the original:

Prince is joined by several other high profile artists (like Tom Petty) and I'm guessing at least hundreds of lower profile folks who have recently died from what appears to be counterfeit pain relievers. Most of these are marketed as common mild pain relief like Tylenol w/ Codeine, Percocet and the like but instead of a larger amount of weak opioids they have a much smaller amount of massively stronger (and easy and cheap to synthesize) Fentanyl. So if one normally takes 2 tablets/capsules the counterfeits are both stronger and reach high serum levels much faster resulting in accidental overdose. Be very careful about online purchases but also some Pharmacy chains. If you suffer from chronic pain, know your sources and consult your doctor about reliable sources.

Here's a little modern Jazzy Torch Music ( I picture a dark little club filled with a smoky haze and a cheap red motif everywhere )

This one might be better suited to the boudoir
