I have found that by breathing for an hour in the morning and again after my evening meal I can keep going all day.

and good to see you still around too Minrich! The XP bit is inadvertent and I'm almost positive that a certain company nicked the idea off me.

I'm also breathing, I haven't seen "Breathing kills" signals anywhere till now so I think I'll keep doing it,

I used to have asthma. It kind of makes you appreciate breathing.
