What are these files on my PC?!

If there is some application no longer available on newer systems, most often the /opt directory can be used to satisfy it's needs without creating any problems for the newer stuff.

But.. i am trying to be a real programmer so i will try to solve my problems by using my programming abilities .. and i am trying to enhance my abilities and promote myself .. not to download different OS and develop their works
About those files .. they were originally located in an 80 gb detached hard disk .. which formatting that disk had failed! Still they are there .. i am going to attach that disk although it's being a master causes problem and error .. i just want to see if i can delete them there too!
I could not transfer the original empty files .. because they did not exist! As a system message said!
Those empty file could protect themselves and resisted deletion or renaming or formatting!
Whenever i did .. i will inform you too ..
At this time .. i do not want to turn off my PC .. i have not turned it off at least in the last 34 days! .. it is related to a huge virtual memory values observed in the system activity table ..

if you want to be a mechanic, you don't start by building an airoplane.

learn the small stuff first. write a bash script.

but for that you would need to install a usable distro.

even some of the best programmers would give up on the task of fixing a borked linux install, and gladly if it's a dead distro.

Actually i tried writing some scripts few years ago .. but there was no learning sources so i just used available scripts in my PC .. also some external sources .. my most important and most successful script named myscript3 could get to a very high position and progressed .. but it was not interactive and worked for itself .. finally i removed that besides to most of my scripts .. since i had an unpleasant experience .. now i prefere working with c++ mainly .. what i am trying to make or create is more than a simple aeroplane .. may be it is a spaceship!
And my OS is not the same defective original OS it has had a lot of change and i am trying to convert it to an independent OS .. and i know that it is going to be a very difficult and very annoying work but during this procedure i learn more and my computer advances to higher state .. as it has been until now!
I am too far from that position .. my computer is now my valuable property having my settings and my self-created software .. and is progressing .. while every failure will be a chance to progress more .. as it has been

It's probably the font from an other language.
If you had the right font installed you might be able to see what they are.
