If you want me to look at them you're going to have to do better than link me to a site that wants me to allow 13 scripts to run to see it.

This must be in a Windows system, right? AFAIK there is no such thing as a file that cannot be removed in Linux given correct level of privilege. In Linux, root == god. Only in Windows are Admins hamstrung by reduced level of privilege, largely because MS owns "your" system and you only lease it. Macs just hide stuff they prefer idiots not see. Linux is a "no holds barred" system. If you want to remove those files do it from Linux and your G2G.... unless MS wants them and then they will likely be recreated once you boot it again. Of course one can choose to never boot Windows ever again

Thanks, I am so much the wiser and understand what I'm doing much more clearly now for that information.

But, no, not all sites are the same. Not all use scripting and I don't allow scripting to run without my permission, whether it's just Instagram or not.

But I'm funny that way...

In my computer my last installed distribution has been Mandriva2012 which is Linux .. although i confess that i have made great changes on that ..
I not only could not delete but also could not rename .. as i remember .. permission denied or returned to old name even as root!

So what permissions do those files have that root cannot do anything with them?
