What's That Site Running?

Hey guys/gals,

Just quik question here.
Months back i recall i stumbled upon a website that would tell me everything I wanted to know about someones .com. I was able to type in the www.url.com and within seconds I would get a reply of what OS they were using, what CPU's and how many GHz they were , what webserver, the IPs they owned etc etc.
I've searched high and low now for a few hours and am unable to relocate that site.
If any of you know of it please do share. I'm not talking about whois or anything like that because they don't tell me the CPU's that the server of the .com is using. It was sooooo cool to be able to lookup a .com and get system specs without hassle....

thanks guys

Example: .google.com
Example: www.netcraft.com

OK maybe it's me and I'm not speaking clearly enough.
WHat you find when you goto netcraft and do a search for a particular website is as follows

I don't see one place in that entire output where it tells me what processor they are using for that particular box. My goal here is to find out what a particular webhost is using, such as they say they use a dual xeon and I would like to verify that and months back there was a site that enabled you to do just that. I need to know what Processor and at what speed the host is running...

Um, just out of curiosity: How the heck could you detect the CPU model and speed from the web? If there really is a site out there that claims to do that, it's probably just making a vague guess anyway.
