Watchguard Firebox X500

Anyone ever used a Watchguard Firebox Firewall before? Got one at my office site, and I have never been so pissed off at a firewall in my life. Got it three bloody months ago, and still can't get VPN accounts to work right. You know, I could call the support line, or use the online support. But that does cost $495 for a bundle of three issues now doesint it. I could still live with that, if there was not the fact that I have to reboot the POS every three or four days because it drops the T1 connection. Has anyone else had a good or bad expereance with these firewalls? I am thinking I need to go back to my Smoothwall box. Any comments about Watchguard Firewalls?
