VNC login not shared question

Hello. I currently have VNC installed on my windows machine. I can use vncviewer on my linux box and login and everything works, however it's a shared or it takes over my windows machine. Can I have it so the person can login as someone else so I can work on my computer and he can work on his through the linux machine and access mine? Basically, I want to have two people connected to the same machine doing different things. Is this possible? Should I try something else like the Windows Terminal Services? Thanks!

You won't be able to do this with VNC on windows systems - only with the *nix server.

Terminal services should work but it will depend on what version of windows you are running as to whether you can install it or not.
