viewing shared folders from guest windows xp to host linux redhat on vwmare

Hello fellow Linux users,

I have recently had to start using vmware workstation 6.0.4 at my work.
My host OS is Linux Red Hat while the guest OS is windows XP.
I have successfully turned on the shared folders option in vmware which allows me to view all my linux host directories on the guest windows OS.

Unfortunately, it does not seem to be possible to view the Windows XP directories on the host linux OS using the vmware shared folders option. The vmware shared folder menu option only allows you to specify a host shared folder and not a guest shared folder.

So is it possible to setup a shared folder using vmware workstation 6.04 which allows you to view the windows directories (guest OS) on linux (host OS) ?

Thanks for your help in advance.
