Unknown connection to my gmail account
 

Hi all,

A few weeks ago someone accessed my Gmail account using a Windows Mobile device. The funny thing is I don't own any Windows Mobile device. The entry on the Gmail connection list specifies a GUID for this device (or application, I'm not sure) and an OAuth domain name. I wonder if this GUID is individually linked to any particular device (like a MAC address), since there is a police investigation in course and I would like to know if this counts as evidence.

So if there's a 'police investigation' underway, why don't you ask them? Or ask Google, since 'they' got into your Google account somehow???

We can say its "more of the same". Anyway, the fact is that there's a connection from a Windows Mobile OS and I don't own any Windows Mobile device (I have a screenshot), so I thought that maybe some enlightened mind (such as yours) might give me a clue. Thanks for your help anyway!

Seems to me. Your router might have been hacked like the problem they are having lately in Brazil.

Thanks for the info, rokytnji. I have a strong wi-fi password, the problem are my previous and my current ISPs (believe it or not, but apparently in this part of the world some ISPs hack and violate the privacy of their clients).
