Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

I'm not sure if this is where I need to ask this or not but can anyone please help me with any uninstalling info on a website called click2findnow.com....an employee who no longer works for us installed the toolbar and the website is the default website that pops up everytime someone gets online at this computer....I thought it had to do with Xupiter but I finally found a way to uninstall that....if someone could help me I'd really appreciate it.
You may also want to look at increasing the security on your Windows boxes - disabling the ability to d/l and install, etc. Head over to www.grc.com for ideas and downloads. There are other sites, but that may be a good start.
I did a search on the internet for uninstalling information and it brought me to this website. Again as I said when I first posted I wasn't sure if this is where I should have asked this in the first place. I hope I haven't offeneded anyone, I'm obviously not the smarest person when it comes to computers.

Hey now, I hang out around this place and I run mostly Macintosh machines! Sisterluck, don't worry about asking your questions: I'm sure that there's always someone lurking around that can answer them. After all we all started out as "newbies" at one time or another.
