Unable to connect HostGator

Hi all,

I don't know whether here is the right forum for my question.

Recently, I purchase the Business Plan, Shared Hosting, from HostGator. At the beginning, there was no problem connecting them regarding Transfer of my WP websites, all on cPanel, from my old hosting company to them. Suddenly I lost connect with them for more than 15 hours. Connecting their live-chat on;
https://www.hostgator.com/

click "Sign In" -> Portal (Head to the customer dashboard)
hanging there for prolonged time and finally showing;

The connection has timed out

click "Live Chat"

Code:

404: Page not found.

Please help. Thanks

Live chat is only one of the three contact methods they offer; try the other two: https://www.hostgator.com/contact

Ill be very surprised if the issue on Hostgator side since they boast a 99.9% uptime

Thanks for your advice.

Their server has been download for more than 15hrs. It is alive now with login page popup and on clicking "Live Chat" it works. Before I have tried more than 1 hr in 2 occasions with no luck.

I couldn't login their discussion forum;

always saying password incorrect. Click the "Live Chat" there popup;

Request for reset "password". The advising email never came.

It is still in this situation.

Then I don't know what to do and tried here. Sorry for that.

Now on browse runs;

The login page popup and I can login my cPanel

Also on;
https://www.hostgator.com/
-> Support -> Live Chat

They are working now.

Just contacted Live Chat of HostGator and our dialogue is as follow in brief

If your IP is listed in https//www.spamhaus.org you can't connect cPanel

I understand your concern. I can also raise a ticket on this issue.  The admins will confirm the details and email you the exact cause,....

Now I have no problem to connect HostGator Live Chat nor to login my cPanel on HostGator server.

How long it can last????
