The truth about the falsified pseudo-science and kleptocracy of "man-made climate change"

It's just another level of the Matrix, another level of control:

Top Scientist: UN “Climate Finance” Is Subsidy for Kleptocracy

Did you read the article?

The earth has been going through natural cycles of changes for billions of years.

There is good evidence that ~3 billion years ago the earth was a big snowball and the only life was next to the volcanic vents on what is now the ocean floor.

~65 million years ago the entire planet was tropical jungle; including both poles. I guess the dinosaurs had too many grills, lawn mowers, cars, jet planes and cow farms?

It has a *lot more* to do with the sun than it does with man. Our total energy output (which translates in to pollution) is far less than negligible compared to the output of the giant nuclear furnace at the center of the solar system.

The UN "climate" agenda has nothing to do w/ fixing a non-existent problem and everything to do with changing you from the serf you currently are in to chattel.

Maybe you should read the article? The guy being interview is a world renowned physicist who has held significant academic and governmental environmental positions. He's also the professor emeritus of environmental sciences at the University of Virginia. I think he would be in a better position to comment on the matter than either of us.

Or do I just need to throw you a few dozen links showing all the times that major institutions, both academic and governmental, have been busted for publishing intentionally falsified versions of the environmental data that has been used to build the BS "man-made climate change" models?

Now, what is a !#real problem#!, that the elite's who control your planet have no interest in solving (b/c they are getting rich from it) is the poisoning of your food supply, atmosphere and ground water.

Sorry I can't take any agenda-ridden pseudoscience printed by the John Birch Society (which New American most definitely is) seriously. I prefer actual scholarly studies such as those in Nature, Scientific American and of course archiv.org. If one is really interested in getting at the truth I suggest starting with

This Overall Review of the Peer Review Process that shows how in the short term papers can get undeserved credibility but in the end peer review does work and eliminate such bunk. It just takes time.

On a more anecdotal level, I used to work for a Solar Energy company in Western Colorado where we got constant updates on volcanic activity so that we could adjust our calculations of the effects of gasses and particulate matter in our area for the correct expected amount of insolation for the next several years. As you might imagine with Mt St Helens so close that event was of considerable effect. Foe decades now human caused releases of gasses and particulate matter have exceeded ALL volcanic output on the entirety of Planet Earth by more than a factor of 10x. To assume this has had no effect is absolutely moronic and not a little dangerous, especially when every serious study of any events even remotely connected all point the same way.

One such important study of the reduction of glaciers globally which began as an in-person film project and then became permanent remote cameras documented H E R E has since been augmented by satellites whose sole job is to view changes to ice sheets, especially in worrisome spots like Antarctica and Greenland. So far the results have been rather alarming since the loss has exceeded even the most radical alarmists predictions.

Bottom Line = Human Caused Global Climate Change is a heavily substantiated fact from professionals who have no axe to grind and no problem working on any other sort of study. The "Windfall Money Bonanza" that deniers claim is the sole province of the Oil Industry and those who benefit from "business as usual" despite ever increasing evidence that millions of people will suffer from such "head in the sand" (or worse) denial.

If you doubt this or don't presently subscribe to any scholarly forums, just add "scholarly" to any Internet search engine to rule out such irresponsible results as John Birch Society and other ultra political agenda ridden publications.

I'm not a scientist, but regardless of the fact that the Earth undergoes climate changes from time to time, it is also a fact that CO2 in the atmosphere retains heat. It is also a fact that during the last 100 years or so CO2 levels in the atmosphere have risen exponentially until the present and continue to rise. And it's also a fact that during the last 100 years, temperatures have risen equally. So, it's just as simple as adding 1+1+1.

What a coincidence it would be that something that happens every X tens (or hundreds?) thousand years is happening right now, when CO2 levels have increased due to our dependence from fossil fuel. Resorting to a "natural warming" theory in this case is farfetched, IMO.

@ odiseo77 / @ enorbet

I was going to blast both of you. I spent about an hour collecting a couple of hundred links from very reputable sources showing how there are a lot of problems with the science, there are a lot of people exploiting the situation to make money, how there is a ton of pure political BS involved, how decades of "climate predictions" have all failed to pan out and how there is good evidence that in 4500BC there was a *huge* *natural* upheaval of the climate world wide that dramatically altered the development of *all* human civilizations at the time.

Then I ran out of memory, crashed my browser and realized that repeating the effort would be a complete waste of time b/c talking to people like you is like talking to a brick wall. I can calmly and rationally show you evidence of billions of years of violent climate upheaval due to entirely natural causes and you'll turn around and tell me w/ a straight face that has nothing to do with it, nor does the politics, nor the money and that the *only problem* is putting more of the gas in the air that plants and plankton eat. And you'll whistle past the graveyard about the poisons that are being dumped in to our environment by the tech involved in all of your little green projects (and a lot of other crap too).

I'm surprised you didn't say I need to be arrested.

Arrest Climate-Change Deniers

College professor: “Jail climate change deniers!”

RFK Jr. wants law to ‘punish global warming skeptics’

Al Gore at SXSW: We Need to ‘Punish Climate-Change Deniers’ and ‘Put a Price on Carbon’

Speaking of Al Gore, the darling of the "green movement" (who invented the internet); I'll close with him b/c he's always good for a laugh:

Get ready! Ten years ago, Al Gore predicted this would happen THIS MONTH!

I don't think you need to be arrested, but you may need therapy.

The article you quoted was published in a "newspaper" that most people would consider extremist.

The "renowned scientist" they quoted was a meteorologist, not a climatologist. He is noted for being out of step with other scientists on various issues, for being associated with disreputable organisations like the Alexis de Tocqueville Institution (famous for its faked reports), and for taking a lot of money from oil companies.

As for your 4500 BC upheaval, it's rubbish. I trained as a prehistorian at Cambridge. I studied glaciology. I know what a Milanković cycle is. What are your qualifications?

And that is *exactly* my point: EVERYBODY is FoS. EVERYBODY is getting paid by somebody in some way to say what they are saying. It's all a con. I think this guy is less FoS that most. But that does not mean that he does not have an agenda.

And ain't it corn-venient how you just completely glossed over dear old Al and the whole separate issue of environmental poisoning.

I'm not. But I know how to read, Go argue w/ these guys for just two (I can waste time giving you dozens if you want, but hey, google is your friend):

Steven G - Nobody is questioning whether or not you can read. What is being questioned is what you choose to read since so very much of it is almost purely political and not scientific, or in the interest of truth but rather to shore up political agendas, specifically those common to the so-called Tea party. Ultimately whatever happened around 4900 BC has little bearing on the effect of 100+years of dumping billions of tons of greenhouse gasses and particulate matter, once again exceeding all earthly volcanos by a factor of 10X.

Nobody is arguing that localized climate change can happen for reasons not attributable to humans. What is of concern here and now (and likely for a very long time to come) is long term global effects on climate exactly as a result of these last 100 years of dumping by humans.... dumping that has made many billionaires in the Oil industry and elevated a few families to extreme influence and power who are documented to have already spent many millions of dollars to deny human-caused climate change. They fervently, and maybe even rightfully, believe they are rich and powerful enough to weather any storm and devil take the hindmost. Many of them have such a heavily vested interest they refuse to believe how bad it could get and refuse to comprehend how dependent they, too, are on a balance of nature, and assume their wealth and influence will always carve out a comfortable place. Such is the hubris of Ozymandias.

You might wish to examine just where you and your loved ones fit in that scheme. Are you so rich you think you can afford to be wrong? Or are you of the Hindmost, largely expendable at the whim of the rich and powerful? It is one thing to go down fighting and quite another to go down punching yourself in the face for the benefit of someone who perceives you as barely above an animal, a simple means to an end, if that. If you think I overstate the case, do a little research on lobbyists employed by the Koch family and their many subsidiaries.

Localized? The *entire earth* swinging from snowball to tropical jungle is localized?

And once again you completely glossed over good ol' Al and the poisoning of the planet. Ain't that convenient?

Yes, the Koch's have an agenda and want to get rich off of me. You think Al and his buddies don't have an agenda? You honestly think they're not out to make money off of you?

You honestly can't see this for the suckers game it is with all the rich guys on both sides of the argument sitting at the top getting richer as they intentionally divide us further like chips in a poker game so that we will waste time bickering w/ each other instead of acting?

When was the last time you called your Senator or Congressman?

I call both of mine on a weekly basis and comment on issues of cyber security, national security, personal privacy and security, food safety (or rather the lack thereof) and environmental poisoning.

My father (european ultraconservative) was preaching this BS(*) 20 years ago - nowadays even he accepts that man-made climate change is a scientific fact.

Steven_G, i appreciate your input, but this time i have to say: one conspiration theory too many.

(*) reminds me of Intelligent design.

And once again: You've completely glossed over *billions* of years of climate change, the fact that good ol' Al is a complete nutter, that he's getting rich spoon feeding you that crap and that most all of the "green" tech (along w/ almost all other current tech) is poisoning the planet.

"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win".

Mahatma Gandhi

In my case I should change it to first they call you nuts. All you guys remind me of all the people who told me I was nuts when I told them about NSA spying in '92. I didn't get the info b/c of my clearance. It wasn't that high. So I wasn't revealing secrets. I figure it out b/c I've been on the net since '82. Then when Bill Binney blew the whistle in 2001 I was still nuts. Then when Snowden came forward I had people call me and apologize.

And you have my condolences on your father. I'm sorry he gave up the fight. Far too many are capitulating. But, I understand you guys are in the Eurozone and he could be arrested for saying the things I do. It will be like that here before long.

Is it right to jail someone for being offensive on Facebook or Twitter?
