I don't think I've ever had the flu either ... and I never believed in the efficacy of any viral vaccine, so I never took any. I think they're just screwing around trying to make more money.

Yeah, the Small Pox Eradication Program was all about clowning around and making lots of field medics rich.

Sheeesh, the arrogance!

Norway ordered over 9 million (Population < 5million) doses without actually do some reasearch on how many actually wanted this vaccine. It turns out that only one third of the population want it. Nice way to donate ~$100million to some capitalists. Since this is a pandemic and they need the vaccine fast, the corporation got no responsibility what so ever. The government won't take it either, still they want to force vaccine on some people (doctors, nurses and such) to make sure hospitals aren't knocked out.

Norway is turning waaay to red for my taste. This spring they actually discussed a law that prohibited us from criticizing people employed by the government (Including politicians). A law was approved making it illegal to criticize minority religions, thus reducing our free speech. After a few weeks of flaming it was removed again. Norway is heading in a sad direction in my eyes. "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal the others". - Napoleon @ Animal farm. <- This is a SO good description for Norway right now. Anyway, I'm not going hijack this .. hijacking spin of thread :P

Much ado about nothing this Swine Flu fiasco, compared to the Kennedy assassinations and 9/11 conspiracies.

Stop imprisoning more of your own people than any other country in the world -- that's four times more than China and twice as many as Iran, in fact.

And stop acting surprised at the lack of civility today. If you're going to act like fascist pigs don't be surprised when people treat you like fascist pigs.

I'm just trying to save the White House some money so Obama can start his war with Iran. Don't know why all these Al Quider (pronounced with a southern drawl) conspiracy theorists are going coo coo for coco puffs over it.

I think there will have to be another "terrorist" atrocity before a war with Iran.

This thread is for cost-saving ideas, so don't take it off-topic.

Here's another one for Obama: close the Guantanamo concentration camp by January like you promised.

Expecting a politician to keep promises? How naive.

Thanks, XavierP, we can always rely on you to guide us back on to the straight and narrow when we have strayed from the true path like poor lost sheep. Amen.
