I thought I categorised it as evolution?

People don't have different breeds, we call us races but but nothing like dogs... except philosophically.

The fear comes from people believing and acting on anything.

That reminds me of a lovely little book of cartoons I have by a Frenchman called Jean Eiffel. It's called In the Beginning and describes creation as a child might see it. God appears as the traditional old man with a beard. You see him creating light with a cigarette lighter (He has to try several times before it works!), sharpening the mountains with a pencil sharpener, and knitting the first sheep. At 4:00 pm he checks his watch and mutters "Must make tea!"

The very last page shows God telling the angels, "And after all the hard work we've done, don't let me hear anyone saying that the universe is due to 'supernatural causes'".
