Way slow and I'm on very fast connection. I'd get rid of the flash and maybe cut down some of the db requests.. like "last 20 posts...." could be made to be the last 10 posts..
Also your borders and such that are images.. just take way too long to load. And I don't think its your OS slowing you down, its probably your own connection, what kind of connection are you serving your site off of?

I've loaded fedora core back in, tiny sofa gave me to many problems
running a 512 by 128 net connection here
Seem to be back up to speed now. Page Generation: 0.394 Seconds
via local host.
Thanks every one for the test,
she was down for abit, had a dude in there sending spam, some thing to do with a compertion that I won, which I never signed up for, so i closed the site down and banded his IP..
