Suggestions for a good hardware reporting tool?

Hello all!

So I got this new HP pavilion dv6 notebook.

Id like to use a software tool to rip all the hardware information to a text file for reference during my linux install on this new toy of mine.

I in the past would be able to output the device manager to a text file. However it looks like W7 doesn't have that option.

Is there any decent software out there that can give me a insanely detailed list of my hardware with support to output to a text file?

I searched a bit on google and tried like a couple of cheesy programs but they either crashed or don't work at all.
