sub-$500 mac


I found this article about a rumored sub-$500 Mac. Check it out here. Might be a good way for Linux Geeks to try out what has been called a "niche-in-a-niche". Linux on Mac

i'd love to see a cheaper mac. Supporting non x86 hard ware is a great cause.
