Back when I was kid in Anchorage Alaska.

It would get dark there a lot for a while. For 30 days at a time.
So solar is kind of out. Unless you have killer deep cycle batteries in the millions.

I guess tidal power generation would be the way to go up there.

Think of this as a taxidermist post. For a necro thread.

Don't tell anyone you herds it from me. But I heard on the underground grapevine that the Branjalina breakup is the cause for that.
