ssh with no router access

Ok, so my win10 ssh server has been running great. i have public/private keys and i was HAPPY THEN, my firend who owns the router, decided to buy a house and move. Im very happy for them to move forward.

I was without internet for a few days, when our neighboor bellow offered me her AP and password. Ok, heres the thing. I dont want to ask her for the router info. yes, i could try the default username and pass, like i did with my friends, and then i changed it for him, BUT i feel gratful that she is allowing me use of her internet all ready and i dont want to push it haha

Ok, so i need my ssh server back up and running. I have tried using hamachi, which is working great but i cant run it off a usb or on my phone, which means if i do not have my laptop with me, there is no way i can use a public libraries PC or a university PC since i cant install hamachi on them.

currently, I run hamchi on the laptop and the win10 ssh server, both of which are in the same network, then open up my sftp client, use my hamchi private ip and im in..

Is there any other option i can do?

ssh does not work behind a net network unless you use a reverse tunnel to a public server. There are remote applications that do like teamviewer but do not know which ones also have phone apps or support file transfers.

Hmm, ok. Well, it works right now with hamachi, just no phone app or usb version of it.

Cool. Thanks for the help
