I may have the opportunity to do some work for a friend and it involves using SQL Server. I haven't done any database work in a long time (think dBase II, foxpro), but I reckon I can pick it up easily enough. I think it will involve designing new queries, integrating lots of new and different types of data, etc.
I was looking around for an SQL Server book and discovered this:
Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Bible with CD-ROM
Can anyone recommend that book, or some other intro to SQL Server book? Maybe an online tutorial. I'm currently downloading the 120 Day Trial Version of SQL Server. Possibly everything I need to know is within that.
Thanks for any advice/recommendations.
