SQL-Ledger compatibility with Quickbooks

Hey all. I just need to know, if I use sql-ledger to file my taxes and my accountant uses Quickbooks, is that going to cause headaches? Is it compatible, ie does it produce the same type of forms and so on? That's the extent of the question I guess.
