I don't like any of it. At least not in my emails. Usually I ignore them all. But it's not always a waste of time. I recently ordered puppy food from Chewys, and an email arrived asking me to rate my experience. So I signed on and showed a picture I took of my first experience: the box arrived with a corner crushed, which had been retaped, and once I opened the box, I noticed a small 2cm hole in the bag of puppy kibble. I gimped the pic and painted an arrow to the hole, because it was small enough to not be obvious. I gave it a fair evaluation, and said it quite possibly happened in shipping. A couple of weeks later, a new full bag arrived out of the blue, in perfect condition, and with no charges.

I probably wouldn't have left the feedback, if it hadn't arrived with the hole. I usually ignore these emails--but in that case, it did seem like Chewys read the feedback, cared, and responded accordingly.
