sonic impact t-amp

hi, haven't been here in a while as i haven't been booting linux lately. maybe when the next version of suse comes out - whenever that is.

anyhoo, i wanted to rave about my new toy. it's a battery powered digital amplifier. it sounds simply awesome! i have it hooked to a 12v power supply, but you could run it off 8 aa batteries ( or any 12v source ). it sounds amazing for such a little and inexpensive unit.
i have it hooked to my b&w 601's, though a pair of more sensitive speakers would work better. it provides sufficient sound for my purposes.
it provides 88% efficiency, .04% THD+N, 102dB dynamic range, 15w per channel, all for 30 bucks. check it out:

it's case is really cheap looking but there are aftermarket cases available:
ampBox

i got mine from amazon for 30 bucks.
