SmartOffice 2, Documents office, Polaris Office for iPad?

Looking for app for iPad that can read LibreOffice files and where I can do work on the iPad and open it up on my desktop.

Problem is my desktop computer I use LibreOffice and LibreOffice is not available for the iPad.

I hear SmartOffice 2, Documents office, Polaris Office may open up LibreOffice files is that true? Can you do work using those programs and save it on the iPad and send it to you desktop and open it up in LibreOffice?

Can it read LibreOffice files.

If not would adroid tablet the new galaxy Tab S4 that came out late this year be better option

I hear it has dexter support running a full desktop OS not a mobile OS.

I can read Excel/LibreOffice spreadsheets on my iPad that got there using dropbox. No additional app needed.
