Setting up Shop

I have recently been looking for a project and I have been pondering the idea of selling CD's containing linux ISO's. Most websites in the UK are selling them for 1.2-5 per disc but I have done some math based on how much the components cost and I think I could sell them for 1 per disc with a far smaller delivery cost (50% less). I have two questions about this matter:
1) Is it worth bothering - Is there too many such stores and no-one wants linux
2) Are there any legal aspects (business registration or whatever) I have to do before I can sell things

Thanks for reading

its not that no one wants it, its that no one knows of it

and there are many places like this *ebay!*, but another cant hurt right?

and there shouldn't be any legal aspects, as long as the ISO's are free (and released under gpl preferably), since all your charging is just the disk, there shouldn't be legal aspects, but I'm no lawyer
