I posted the below on the Embarq forum at DSLReports, however apparently no one seems to have any suggestions. I figured I'd also post here where I'm sure to at least get one reply. A bit of information first, Emarq is my DSL provider and ISP, they use Synacor to move their mail, Synacor uses Zimbra. Things have been running pretty smoothly until the 29th of Aug when I started seeing "The server certificate failed the authenticity test (smtp.embarqmail.com). I reported this to the embarqmail postmaster who replied "We do not provide SSL SMTP." Looking at my Kmail setup for sending through Embarqmail I don't see where I'm trying to use SSL, I see that I'm using TLS see below screenshot:

Although he says they don't provide SSL SMTP, the below screen shots show something different, I think:

So is there a problem suddenly somewhere at Synacor? Do I have a problem? I've made no changes at all to my setup. Any suggestions or words of wisdom I can pass on to Synacor (if its their problem) would be much appreciated.
Thanks for any advice/assistance
Chris
