serial connection from Windows

I've been using "cu" to connect to my hp c360 from my Linux box, but now i have formated the Linux partition and i have only Windows. Can i connect from Windows? How?

I think hyper terminal is what your after, iirc it lives somewhere like programs->accessories->communication but I'm not sure.
