What does everyone think of the Xen / Microsoft partnership?

Is Xensource selling out their open source roots to provide a bottom line for their investors, or are they truely trying to help Microsoft become more OSS friendly?

Personally, I think it's great. It might help improve Vista (though that article still calls it Longhorn) and it might also help Xen get better.
