resizing windows in Microsoft Windows XP/Vista

I was wondering if there is a desktop extension for MS Windows to have the faster alt-click manipulation of windows (e.g. alt-left click anywhere in a window to move, alt-right click to resize). I know there are forums for MS Windows but people there probably have no idea what I'm talking about.

MSVDM will give you multiple virtual desktops and Tweak UI should do the trick for window resizing. Part of the Power Toys collection.
