Replying to emails on a mailing list

I've just started using a couple mailing lists, but am not sure on how to reply to emails properly. When someone responds to my question, and I click on reply, the email I'm replying to is just his personal email address and not the groups. Should I replace his email address with the groups email address?

You should reply to the list, the purpose of the list is to help others and not just the person asking the question as someone else may someday have the same problem and be able to search for your answer.
Most decent mail programs (i.e. non Microsoft) have a reply to list option which you can use to automatically put the list address in.
You should also follow list etiquette such as trimming out all but the relevant info and not top posting.

I got it now, thanks!

Just to clarify "top-post" means post the quoted portion at the bottom of the message. They hate that and you'll likely get flamed if you do. Quote like you would do on this forum with the quote at the top and the reply below it...

Uh. Does anybody by any chance have a qualitatively better netiquette URI than http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netiquette (please note linkage)? I mean there's more "annoyances" like quoting whole posts if you only need to react to one paragraph and such...
