Web is full of information related to the promoting of your traditional websites,I want to know that how to promote a WAP website
How to get the wap site indexed by google and other search engines ,I have tried submitting it many times but its useless and how they rank the WAP sites in results

google it, man. Sometimes (gasp!) the people of LQ don't have all the answers. Don't get mad, we're all just human.

probably the business people just want the cell phone users to just go to their money making sites. (must... surpress... inner conspiracy... theorist )

You could pass it on by word of mouth, advertise on the regular internet, drop flyers, buy TV space...
of course, a submit to google would be nice. Have you tried searching with a phone to see if you might come up anyway? (small chance.)

Actually I was looking for a bit cheap solution obviously I won’t be earning anything from the WAP site
There is Google engine specifically for WAP sites at http://google.com/wml but I don’t know how to get listed there
I have tried submitting it many times but it’s useless (similar to the traditional www, if you don’t have any link backs to your site Google won’t index you)
Guess one reason of having so less resources on WAP is that it has very limited capabilities and is not of much use

So after almost one month I am still the only visitor
