What do you think about Mac and Pc in different user view ??

Do you DIY ?PC

Or any reason like and dislike !!

When ....you want a linux....windows.....or mac osx system ?

Mac hardware is best for Macs, x86 hardware is best for Windows and, of course, Linux rocks on both. Penguin wins!!!!!!!

And another one not really Linux-related ... my-unix-dream has
a bad habit? Moving it to General...

linux for wired networking-related & occasional desktop + general exploring of 20th century, os x for anything (if on laptop and apple doesn´t suck with their attitude at that moment), windows for building a house. but for building the whole Rome, i´d take VIC-20 any day.

mac pro: stable, stylish, simple, unix based.
mac con: limited software

windows pro: lots of software
windows con: this would take forever, im not even going to try

linux pro: free, stable, powerful, fast
linux con: a bitch to use if you don't know what your doing, very complicated.

mac pro: stable, best professional software made for it.
mac con: haven't found a text editor i'd really like

windows pro: relatively easy to install software
windows con: ...

linux pro: stable, free, lots of software, good community
linux con: hard to install softwares, all the hardware don't work, slow to start and shut down.
