Podcasting through

I have not frequently downloaded LQ Podcasts...because of the download limit restrictions that I have from LQ.

What I am interested to do is just a little experiment to understand something

There are mp3(or some othe format) files stored on LQ server and people download it from LQ Podcast...

Q1. Does that content come automatically through databases?
Q2. Is there an application at LQ that root (jeremy) fills up with the content and uploads the file?
Q3. If the page is dynamically generated then is it through PHP?
Q4. What and how should I plan in-case I just want to experiment as to how to podcast?
