pgrep on windows os

Hi, I have this code on my script:
`kill #{`pgrep -f optimize_jobs.rb`.chomp}`

Basically it kills any process which execute optimize_jobs.rb script. It works fine in Linux. But how do you translate that code to windows xp home operating system?

Look for "ps"-alikes like "Pulist" or "Tlist" (W2K resource kit) and pipe through grep (UnxUtils.zip GNU utilities for native Win32).
