PC-PC Video calls

My girlfriend and I have recently bought webcams so we can keep touch when I go overseas. I use Fedora Core 5 Linux, which comes with the Ekiga VOIP/SIP client. My girlfriend uses Windows XP.

Can anyone suggest any good, free, preferably open-source, software for Windows that understands SIP and can make and receive video calls to/from Ekiga?
