OTRS. Any experience? otrs.org seems down.
 

Hi there. I'm trying to get OTRS 2.1 . But it seems that the site www.otrs.org has no go anymore. Tried www.otrs.com but all the links point me to .org site. Anybody knows if they are still up?... or wazzup? :scratch:
Also, any experience installing this application?

Thanks. I guess the server (otrs.org) was just down yesterday. Seems to work now.... I just need some patience.

Asking if sites that don't relate to this site belong in General, not Linux - General or any other forum for that matter. Moved accordingly.
