Michael Jackson Innocent ( not guilty )
I believed that he was innocent the whole time, especially when that one
lady that testified had a history of scams. Her history of scams pretty much
destroyed her credibility.

No, guess it pays to be famous with great lawyer and a crappy justice system out in California.. with a crappy dumb jury selection.. sorry, I'm just so dissappointed right now. How many kids got to be molested before he goes to jail? Sad part is, we'll have to wait til his next victim to have another trial to convict.
With the overall evidence they had against him.. if it were me on trial.. probably would have lasted 2 days and I'd already be serving my consecutive terms on each count I was found guilty on..

So if you had a lady testifying against you that had a history of pulling scams like that
you would accept her testimony?

yeah I think thats what bent the camels back is her history of pulling scams and plus alot of others that testified said the family kept asking Jackson for money. But....then again there was that trial in 93 that he pretty much settled out of court. Just looks bad on both ends.

From the 1993 case...
I think Michael was trying to be a “father figure” when he was sleeping with the boy.
I would imagine a young child getting scared in the night and asking “can I sleep with
you, the lightning scared me” or something.
As for the child having a description of Michael's private parts. I know that I have
been in a gym locker room or at a pool changing room and guys hang out with
their private parts not covered. I can see how that situation could come about.
This would not prove to me molestation in any form.

RE:
Again I cant believe he got off BUT it was the freaking money hungry family that got him acquitted, there were too many changes in these people stories about what happened at the ranch, along with that th past extortion attempts and thats one of the reasons Mike is walking free. Besides why cant the man be just be strange? He has an eccentric side we can see that. Now maybe he had sex maybe he didnt, you or I don't know. We allow rock stars to be idiots, get in fights, spit on fans, pee on chicks, worship satan etc but one particular star changes his face and says he loves being around kids and he's the sickest person on the planet. Do research on famous people and I'll bet you'll be shocked at what you find out. Yes the court system is a joke but there just wasnt enough credible sources to put the man away. Mike makes poor choices if he's doing it or not doing it regardless. If you're a big star and you go out on a date with 500 women don't be surprised if a few of those women try to get knocked up by you or accuse you of something. Again Im not saying who the guilty party is.
