Arrow Open source library for converting LTC to MTC (Midi)

Language can be Python or C++.

I found https://github.com/jeffmikels/timecode_tools

They have Python files for converting SMPTE to LTC and SMPTE to MTC.

I want an opensource library which will convert LTC to MTC.

Please help.

Will this be helpful or am I barking up the wrong tree?

I don't know this subject at all. If you look at the source for that python script, you can see what it is using.

https://github.com/eoyilmaz/timecode

That's about all that I can add.
