NS2: Cygwin error "couldn't create signal error, win32 error 161"


i have installed cygwin with ns2, and window showing error like

"couldn't create signal error,win32 error 161"


please suggest me solution

Maybe LinuxQuestions isn't the best forum to be asking about "win32 error 161". Maybe a more windows oriented one...?
