Need LAMP hosting

Looking for lamp hosting that also has access to mailman or dada mail. Something that is responsive with Joomla 1.08, and can handle a fair amount of load.

Current host is killing me with incapability compared with the price I pay. I'd like to have VPS, but I will do shared hosting.
