Need Fitness Tracker with Smart Watch

I'm looking for some advice and recommendations as I'm planning on buying one. I need to make some lifestyle changes again and think this will help me. Ok, so what do I want? Fitness Tracker?

As I pointed out in my report on this thread in particular: this post has been spammed elsewhere (just google sentences from it), but this post in particular seems to be where it's been stolen from:

Never mind that this bot has only posted off-topic electronic-product-recommendation threads (at a rate of one a day!), and never responded to anyone...
