Not urgent for us. Oddly enough, this very question is asked over and over again. If it's that urgent, search for your question and see the suggestions that have already come up.

...and this is not a Linux security question which suggests you've not familiarised yourself with the LQ Rules (which you should) or aren't an avid reader (which you should be if you want to do research) or are about to crosspost your thread in a bid for attention (shouldnt do that).

Next to that LQ is a community which means everything is an intricate balance between taking and giving. You haven't even given us the slightest clue as to what your project should be about which suggests you just want to leech idea's once and never intended to be of help to the LQ community. Now that's nice for you but not for the community.

May deities pity your thread once it's in Judecca^H^H^H^H^H^H^H/General.

Too bad it has to be Networking or Security. I would have suggested printing---ie why does it have to be so difficult?

How about rootkits---learn to write one and then show how to detect them.

Yeah, a new one for kernel 2.6 would be great.

I suggest that we not propagate this thread unless we hear from OP.....
