Did you think that you would get an answer with that little bit of information?

What did you do before this happened?
Try to install Linux? Put Linux on a separate partition?
Overwrite the mater boot record with something?
Is it a UEFI machine and did you delete or change to boot partition?
Have you put the Windows DVD in and tried to repair the installation?
Did you add a 2nd party bootloader and did not configure it?

More info about the problem will get you more answers.

I did purchase the reboot disk from gateway and tried to reboot it is doing the same thing. I simply stopped using the comuputer for a while (2 weeks) and when i went to use it again, i was not able to regain access to windows.

Could be a video card problem.

Try booting Windows in safe mode by pressing f8 repeatedly.
