Rep: Reputation: 49 having problems connecting?

I got an email from a subscription to ZifDavis and it had a notice of 3 out of four bad internet connection cables in the Meditoranian Sea.
I think a lot of the internet connection problems to sites lately has been due to rerouting of the internet other means that is placing a higher than usual demand on the remaining working connections.
There are some sites I try to visit that seem like I am using a 300 baud modem instead of DSL. But since I saw this notice, I thought I would pass the info along.
