More Info On This Mysterious "Windows 89"

A few months ago when I saw a report on the Windows Logo changing I thought nothing of it but when going through my iPod photos I saw this and couldn't find any info on it beyond the picture.
In the timeline Between win 1 and win 3.
Its not win 2 I know that (Google).
Any one else know where this is from?

Its windows 2.1X (Windows/286 and Windows/386)

Then why doesn't that logo show up for every search for windows 2.0, let alone the Wikipedia page?

Because at that time logos werent as common or popular as they are now, the internet was farily early and wasnt as visual as it is now, half a dozen other reasons.....
