moderator on forum and i dont know commands


hello

i am moderator on 1 forum, but i dont know de comands :|
too moved 1 post or something u know this commands.
anyone help me?
or tell me 1 link whit this commands?

And it's different on different forums, depending on the software they use.

Have you tried googling? I quickly found the phpBB website (www.phpbb.com), and they have links to documentation (user guide and FAQ). They also have a support forum for questions using the software.

Software documentation is always the first place to look.
