Making excuses for crime does not make it right. The only sides there are is right and wrong and stereotyping a whole people like that is not very nice but since you have opened the book I will have to say if they were smart they would not let their children be used by the neo-commie/capitalist system ( or whatever strange economic system they have there) by the government and does having more than " one baby " mean " immediate abortion " and dont start a debate on abbortion cuz I am pro choice and against a government telling an individual how many children they can have. "Right and wrong" has little to do with crime. Many people have the impression that staying within the law means you're doing no wrong, and if you break a law you're doing something bad.
This is generally close to the truth, but every day there are countless attorneys searching the books for loopholes in law just so their clients can legally continue doing what, in my opinion, is morally wrong. They get away with it, while being in "full compliance with those laws".
On the other side of the coin is a kid getting busted for smoking some pot.

Yea, There is a grey area especially since around the world what is right and wrong depends on culture, not on what is responsible or civil.

forget about whats right and wrong!, its irrelevant: take a example of a person in war, all of these people did the same thing, but here are different names for them

the list could go on forever, it doesn't matter if something is right or wrong, it only matters is who is doing the naming, and from what side,angel (whatever you chose) they are saying it from

Microsoft will suddenly decide China is in full compliance with international copyright law and China will suddenly decide M$ is in full compliance with anti-trust law... and the world continues to revolve merrily. Outside the legal system -- note: it's not a justice (right and wrong) system -- people call this extortion, but within the legal system it's called a settlement. :o
